Very Rare Optional Tilt & Telescopic Steering Column for 1966 Impala and Caprice with Automatic on the Column Shift. (will also fit the 1965 although it wasn't an option yet until 1966) The telescopic and tilt mechanism both work great and spins smooth. All I have is what you see in the photos. I do not have the original horn cap or installation brackets.

The chrome horn button in the last pic was with it when I got it and comes with it. This is a very hard to find special part for a special car.
