THE 4 BOLTS THAT CAUSE THE COLUMN TO GET LOOSE ARE ADDED RED LOCTITE TO ENSURE THE BOLTS WON'T GET LOOSE FOR A LONG TIME. THE SHAFT IS POLISHED THEN REGREASED FOR A SMOOTH FINISH. THE COLUMN IS PAINTED FLAT BLACK NOT GLOSS. THE FOLLOWING PARTS ARE REPLACED NEW IN THE STEERING COLUMN.
