1956 Chevrolet tilt steering column nomad belair stainless steel column shift
This is a new in the box 1956 Chevrolet passenger car retro fit steering column. This is a retro fit not a direct replacement. Complete packages available in the store. Questions welcomed, substitutions and other options are available do not hesitate to ask!!
Column shift with natural stainless finish. 2 indicator lenses are included overdrive and no overdrive. Brushed stainless look (you can paint this or leave it in its natural form). 1 dd connection at outputshaft. Original type steering wheel will work but it will leave a gap behind the wheel.
Tilt lever, shift lever, blinker knob and 4 way flasher knob is included. Wire hook up is for a 75 up steering column (cheater for 1956 car included american auto wire part number 34160) hooks original harness to this column. Rag joint included is for 500 power steering or 605 power steering 3/4-30- 1dd.
