Up for sale is a restored. This is for Monte Carlo's, El Camino's, Buick Regal's, Pontiac Grand Prix's and Olds Cutlass's. The tilt mechanism works great and it is tight. The turn signal and tilt levers still look nice as they still hold a high luster.
