The tilt mechanism works great and is tight. The telescopic also works as it should with no issues. Nothing has been altered or damaged and the wiring is all intact as well.
The tilt lever and the turn signal are not the best but can be found on E-Bay. Great candidate for a little cleaning and a repaint.
