This is a NON-tilt column. New parts include: - NEW upper bearing. With 2 brand new keys! - NEW lower bearing, from DRB Fabrication. This NEW lower bearing with its robust frame and LARGER sealed bearing, will replace the failure prone old oem plastic style!!!!!!
