This is a new in the box 1956 Chevrolet passenger car retro fit chrome steering column. This is a retro fit not a direct replacement.

Original type steering wheel will work but it will leave a gap behind the wheel. Tilt lever, blinker knob and 4 way flasher knob is included. Wire hook up is for a 75 up steering column (cheater for 1956 car included american auto wire part number 34160) hooks original harness to this column. Rag joint included is for 500 power steering or 605 power steering 3/4-30- 1dd.
